What is the T3 Fitness Program all about?
T3 stands for “Train your body”, “Track your results” and “Transform”. This is a workout especially developed for learners who prefer working in small groups. There are a lot of people who cannot work out to the beat of the music and so the T3 fitness program is designed according to their preference. T3 is a workout that people can use with small groups. It’s a high intensity interval training workout which lasts 30 to 40 minutes. The idea is to work with six different complexes; each complex has a particular focus such as mobility, agility, power, core.
What kind of T3 programs do you offer?
There are six different types of T3 programs. Some of them use equipment; some of them use body weight. However, each one of them is connected through a theme. For example, T3 Blast is body weight training and T3 sprint is all about Athletic Conditioning.
Who can join the T3 program?
Anybody who wants to join the challenge and improve their fitness level in different ways can join the T3 program. It’s not restricted to a certain type of people. We have progression options and regression options for exercises to cater to all types of abilities. We have different kinds of programs, so you can choose the one that fits your needs best.
